With construction of its 84,000 sq. ft hangar complex currently underway at Miami Executive Airport (KTMB), International Flight Center (IFC), is preparing to offer aircraft operators a home base for aircraft storage.
With space at a premium at the Miami business aviation hub, IFC is looking to prelease its space offering short- and long-term leases with 24/7 surveillance and service. With 28-doors and measuring 28,000 sq. ft. each, the hangars are capable of housing up to a Global 7000 and will cater to all modern business aircraft with no-foam fire suppression and perfectly-spaced 480V outlets. The complex also features 18 offices which are also available for lease.
The hangar complex is the first of two-phase development plan. The final phase will bring a chic, two-storey FBO terminal to KTMB in the latter half of 2024.
