SEA Prime, a company of the SEA Group, which with the Milano Prime brand is the sole manager of business and general aviation infrastructures at both Linate and Malpensa airports in Milan, has unveiled the Milano Malpensa Boutique. The new portal is dedicated to luxury brands, with around 2,000 boutique’s products available on the platform such as Dodo, Etro and Montblanc, as well as Dufry with a selection of high-end items.

Offering a dynamic, digital travel experience in response to the challenges of an evolving market, the portal is a new and importance piece of the SEA omnichannel strategy. Milano Malpensa Boutique is the first access point to the airport’s high-profile offer: a showcase available to all passengers, making it even more convenient for those travelling to a non-EU destination and wanting to benefit from a duty-free price.

“The Milano Malpensa Boutique Marketplace is a project started before the pandemic, strengthened by the crisis that accelerate its development”  said Luigi Battuelo, Director of Non-Aviation Business Development at SEA. “Innovation, including in retail, is an essential part of SEA’s strategy to improve the overall passenger experience.”

Passengers will be able to browse the catalogues for the boutiques and book the available products ahead of their arrival at the airport. Purchases can then be paid for and collected in person from Malpensa on the day of departure.
