ExecuJet France, which is part of Luxaviation Group, has taken delivery of its first fully electric ground handling equipment (GHE) at dedicated business aviation hub Paris Le Bourget in France. The unveiling makes the Paris FBO Execujet’s first FBO with fully electric owned GHE in Europe.

According to Luxaviation CEO, Patrick Hansen, the business is aiming to achieve 100% electrification across its FBOs by 2030. Additional fully electric GHE at the Paris FBO includes ground power units, mototok, air stairs, a luggage truck, toilet service, pushback tug and a potable water truck. The announcement also follows ExecuJet FBOs in Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney and sets the precedent for the rest of its FBOs, whose combined efforts have achieved almost 60% of the target.

Caroline Demsar, Deputy CEO of Luxaviation France said: “I’d like to extend a personal thank you to the team in ExecuJet Paris for achieving this milestone and becoming our first fully electric European FBO.”
