Business and general aviation customers heading to West Michigan Regional Airport, serving the coastal town of Holland and the surrounding region in the US, can now take advantage of Avflight’s services after the company acquired FlightLevel Aviation’s FBO at the Michigan hub.

The addition of the FBO to Avflight’s network marks its 25th location overall and the eighth in its home state of Michigan.

Joe Meszaros, Avflight’s VP of Operations, said: “Avflight Holland is a wonderful addition to our FBO network, adding yet another key Michigan tourism destination to our portfolio.”

He added: “We are thrilled to now support Holland’s businesses as a premier gateway to the region, welcoming leisure and business travellers alike. By partnering with the airport, our goal is to successfully meet the growing needs of West Michigan’s aviators.”

The FBO, which is operated out of the airport’s terminal building, features a spacious lobby, offices, conference rooms and seating for up to 20. It has also has access to more than 50,000 square feet of hangar space. New signage, design elements and decor are all part of the Avflight rebranding package – however, staff will remain as they were before.
