Atlantic Aviation has expanded its network on the Eastern Seaboard with the addition of a new FBO location at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).
The lease on the property and facilities was awarded to the FBO operator by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, with Atlantic Aviation planning to enhance its presence at IAD through both expansion and facility improvements. The FBO currently includes a 14,200 sq ft terminal, six hangars totalling 150,000 sq ft and 59,000 sq ft of combined office and shop space.
“This is a terrific development for all of us,” said Atlantic Aviation’s COO, Tim Bannon. “The addition of IAD adds to our growing number of locations at the nation’s top 20 general aviation airports and allows us to now seamlessly serve more customers on the Eastern Seaboard with the same high quality of safety and care our team provides at every Atlantic Aviation location.”
