Travel technology provider, Ink Innovation, has partnered with South African ground handler, NAS Colossal Aviation Services (NCAS), to help streamline handling processes for airline customers at O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg Airport in South Africa. Ink Departure Control System (DCS) will provide a complete, interactive, multi-channel delivery platform for the fulfillment phase of the passenger’s journey. as well as process passengers and baggage, assign seats and sell ancillaries in real time, under one common interface.

Certified on all major CUTE platforms, Ink DCS will enable NCAS to use the Desktop and Mobile DCS across its operations to enhance flexibility, simply load control calculation and allow passengers to check in online. The planned go-live of the solution will see NCAS using the system in its daily operations within three weeks.
