Robotics company, Exotec, is set to move into LabCampus, Munich Airport’s innovation hub, by the end of 2024.

Recognised worldwide for its research, development and production of scalable robotic systems for the logistics sector, Exotec was founded in France, in 2015. The company is expected to relocate into its new premises at the airport, which includes a 2,600 sqm facility featuring a showroom and office units. It will be the fourth company to secure office space on the campus.

“We can see from Exotec’s decision that Munich Airport is no longer just a popular take-off point for airlines and travellers,” said Nathalie Leroy, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Infrastructure at Munich Airport. “LabCampus offers ideal conditions for companies that are looking to achieve new goals. Markus Schlotter, Exotec’s Managing Director for Central Europe, added his enthusiasm for the the base, saying: “Innovative technology needs a vibrant ecosystem of knowledge, talent and network partners.
