Five of VINCI Airports’ sites have positioned highly in Airport Council International’s Airport Service Quality ranking, which bases its results on passenger satisfaction scores. Additionally, several airports in the network won ratings in the Skytrax awards.
In the European sector, Belfast International Airport secured its first ASQ award in the category of “Best Airports at Departures: 5 to 10 million passengers”. The score is attributed to state-of-the-art equipment installed across all cabin baggage screening lanes, that resulted in 95% of passengers being screened in under 15 minutes in 2025, and 80% of flights departing with less than 15 minutes of delay.
In the Latin America and Caribbean region, three Mexican airports won awards, with Monterrey airport winning the award for “Best Airports at Departures: 5 to 10 million passengers,” receiving commendations for its dedicated staff, the easiest airport journey, and cleanliness.
In the under 2 million passengers category, Durango and Tampico have were both named best departure airports. Durango Airport was recognised for the quality of its staff’s service, the smooth passenger experience, and comfort and cleanliness, while Tampico, was praised for its staff’s helpfulness and a seamless passenger experience.
Finally, in the Dominican Republic, Puerto Plata airport, secured the award for best departure airport for traffic of less than 2 million passengers.

For Skytrax, Hungary Airport won its thirteenth award in the “Best Airport in Eastern Europe” category, Kansai International Airport won the award for “Best Low-Cost Terminal” for the fifth time, and Santiago airport won the “Best Airport Staff in South America” award for its second consecutive year.
