Aviation services provider, Vantage Aviation, has expanded its US portfolio with the acquisition of the FBO at Alleghney County Airport in western Pennsylvania.
The facility, previously operated by Corporate Air, which filed for bankruptcy in 2025, marks the sixth FBO location for Vantage Aviation. It already has facilities in Duluth in Minnesota, Greenville in South Carolina, Richmond in Virginia, and one under construction in Rifle, Colorado.
“The acquisition of the Corporate Air FBO at Allegheny County Airport represents an important milestone for Vantage Aviation,” said CEO, Ryan Maxfield.
Describing ACG as a “critical business aviation airport,” he added that the transaction strengthens Vantage Aviation’s presence in a market with “sustained demand from corporate, charter and owner-flown operators.”
In proximity to downtown Pittsburgh, the 24-hour FBO facility offers ramp space to accommodate large ultra-long-range business jets. It also features 110,000 sq.ft. of hangarage and 11,600 sq.ft. terminal and office space. Vantage plans to revamp the FBO later this year.
“This transaction enhances our ability to support based aircraft, transient charter traffic, and managed fleets with a seamless customer experience,” said Maxfield.
“Allegheny County Airport continues to play a vital role in the region’s business aviation activity, and we’re excited to be part of its continued growth,” he continued.
