As innovation across the aerospace sector accelerates, the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) will participate in the Farnborough International Airshow to engage with industry on the safe integration of new technologies, airspace modernisation and the sustainable future growth of aviation – all while maintaining high safety standards.
As the UK’s aerospace regulator, the CAA aims to create the conditions for new technologies, businesses and operations to develop safely, efficiently and at pace. Throughout the week, experts from across the organisation will be available on the CAA stand to discuss a wide range of regulatory and technical topics. Members of the CAA Board will also be present on 22 July, including chair Sir Stephen Hillier and group director, safety & airspace regulation, Giancarlo Buono, to engage directly with industry stakeholders.
