Aeroporto Friuli Venezia Giulia (Trieste International Airport) has teamed up with ADB Safegate on a pioneering two-year Innovation Trial Project, which aims to revolutionise airside operations through full cloud deployment and seamless integration of airport assets via wireless connectivity.
The collaboration underpins Trieste’s efforts to advance its infrastructure and services to meet and exceed modern aviation demands and follows the airport’s recent strategic acquisition and deployment of three advanced docking systems. Leveraging ADB Safegate’s cloud-hosted AiPRON Manager, the airport now benefits from cutting-edge wireless connectivity solutions.
Marco Consalvo, CEO of Trieste International Airport expressed his enthusiasm for the project’s launch stating: “This monumental step signifies our relentless pursuit of digital transformation and operational excellence.
