SOUTHWEST FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT REPORTS JUNE TRAFFIC

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) located in Fort Myers has announced that during June, 689,514 passengers travelled through the airport.

This was a decrease of 1.3 percent compared to June 2025. However, Southwest Florida International Airport’s passenger traffic, year-to-date, is up 0.6 per cent. It served more than 11.1 million passengers in 2025 and says it is one of the top 50 U.S. airports for passenger traffic. No ad valorem (property) taxes are used for airport operation or construction.

When it comes to airlines using the airport, the traffic leader in June according to RSW was Delta with 164,431 passengers and to round out the top five airlines, these were Southwest (127,634), American (124,699), United (112,624) and JetBlue (50,952).

Southwest Florida International Airport had 6,137 aircraft operations, an increase of 2.8 percent compared to June 2025.  According to the airport, Page Field had 15,409 operations, which was a 38 per cent increase compared to June 2025. For more information, visit flylcpa.com.
