Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) has announced that it will be offering a new parking option at 2555 Aviation Way, accessed from Terminal Way or the I-580 airport off-ramp.
RNO says it has seen a sustained demand for air travel, with spring 2026 passenger traffic climbing 4% compared to spring 2025. The months of April and May had the strongest monthly passenger counts in 19 years.
The Park & Walk Lot will be a new option for airport users looking to save on parking. The location is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the terminal, with the rate being $16 per day. There will be no shuttle service and real-time space availability will be listed at RenoAirport.com/parking.
Reno-Tahoe says that, to ensure a smooth travel experience at the airport, passengers are encouraged to consider the following:
- Plan ahead for how to get to the airport to find the best transportation option that fits their needs.
- Catch a ride from a friend, family member or other mode of transportation.
