As an exhibitor at this year’s Passenger Terminal Expo (PTE) 2024, AeroCloud has unveiled enhancements and launches across three product suites: its AI-driven intelligent airport management (iAM) platform, its industry-first computer vision product AeroCloud Optic and its Passenger Processing Solutions.
The innovations, which are being showcased at this year’s PTE include enhanced AeroCloud Optic passenger tracking solution, a new billing module and top-of-the-range self-service kiosks to strengthen AeroCloud’s cloud-native platform for airports seeking growth.
AeroCloud Optic is the first tracking and counting solution of its kind to tap into existing CCTV, allowing airport leaders to harness real-time passenger flow data and make AI and machine learning-led improvements to operations and passenger experiences. Meanwhile, AeroCloud Billing has been designed specifically for airports’ billing needs to automate and streamline airport billing for services including loading bridge usage, fuelling and hangar storage. Finally, a range of self-service bag drop (SSBD) and self-service check-in (CUSS) kiosks make for a hyper fast friction-less passenger experience, plugging into AeroCloud’s Cloud Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) Manager to strengthen real-time monitoring and management of the passenger journey.
“We have seen a seismic shift to capacity expansion to drive growth at airports globally,” said George Richardson, Co-founder and CEO of AeroCloud. “Legacy technology cannot cut it anymore and that’s why AeroCloud continues to be the fastest-growing platform of its kind. We’re supporting the fastest-growing airports worldwide through lower cost of ownership, rapid implementation and world-class customer service. That’s in our DNA. I am extremely proud of our team for delivering new innovations that support our 360 experience that’s benefitting our customers worldwide.”
