“The results for 2025 confirm the strong performance of Fraport Greece and sustained demand for Greek destinations, despite a challenging operating environment shaped by geopolitical uncertainty and extraordinary events such as the seismic activity in Santorini,” said Alexander Zinell, CEO of Fraport Greece. “Our teams successfully managed increased traffic volumes, ensuring uninterrupted operations, the highest safety standards, and consistently high service levels. To sustain momentum and ensure the long-term resilience of Greek tourism, further targeted investments in critical infrastructure and service capacity are required, through close cooperation between public and private stakeholders.”
