Dedicated business and general aviation hub, London Biggin Hill, has welcomed the opening of the Landing, a new boutique 56-bedroom hotel.
Primarily intended for crew flying in and out of the airport, the hotel features a bar, restaurant, lounge area, gym and on-site parking.
Commenting on the opening, Robert Walters, Commercial Director at London Biggin Hill Airport said: “I am delighted that The Landing Hotel is officially open. We are already welcoming frequent flyers and airport visitors from near and far.
“The Landing is a valuable addition to the airport, enabling us to provide convenient, high-quality accommodation on-site for pilots, crew, engineers and other employees of the numerous resident aerospace businesses based here at London Biggin Hill.”
He added, “I am particularly pleased that The Landing will enable us to continue to support the local community by providing a range of new employment opportunities across the hospitality sector.”
