KMOD, in California’s Central Valley, offers a 5,904-foot by 150-foot primary runway and convenient access to Northern California business markets without many of the operational challenges associated with larger metropolitan airports.

Modesto Jet Center will be offering corporate flight departments, aircraft owners, management companies and aviation operators a well-equipped Northern California home base, with the insulated hangar featuring executive office space, two full bathrooms with showers, additional upstairs office and storage space, private gated vehicle access and direct support from Modesto Jet Center’s 24/7 full-service FBO.

The hangar can accommodate aircraft up to a Gulfstream G650. “This is more than simply hangar space,” said Greg Holbrook, General Manager of Modesto Jet Center.

“It is an opportunity for a corporate flight department or aviation operator to establish a highly functional base with the infrastructure and support needed to operate efficiently.”

The facilities include on-site fuel and line services, aircraft detailing, on-airport maintenance and avionics support, as well as easy ground access and dedicated vehicle parking.

Modesto Jet Center says the facility is particularly well suited for corporate aircraft owners, Part 135 operators, aircraft management companies and flight departments enter seeking a centrally located base with room to operate and grow.
