Airport executives, industry leaders and decision-makers from around the world have this week gathered in Istanbul as iGA Istanbul Airport hosts the World Airport Experience Summit, organised by Airports Council International World (ACI World), the largest umbrella organisation of the global airport industry.
Billed as the world’s leading global event for addressing airport service standards and passenger satisfaction, the five-day event runs until Friday (4 September).
Taking place for the eighth time, ACI World’s Airport Experience Summit is regarded as one of the industry’s most prestigious gatherings, addressing passenger-centric approaches, digital transformation and operational excellence in airport management.

The event brings together the leading representatives of global aviation in one place – including airport operators, equipment and technology suppliers, and industry regulators. More than 800 senior professionals from 80 countries are expected to participate in the summit, which will address exemplary practices and approaches that will shape the future of the airport experience.
