Following a two-year hiatus as a result of the pandemic, Jetstar has resumed its daily service from Perth in western Australia to Denpasar in Bali.

Marking the first tourist flight from Perth to the island since April 2020, the full flight, which took off on 8 April carried 182 passengers. The flights depart from Perth in the morning at 07.25 and return in the afternoon at 15.30.

Commenting on how the resumption of services to Bali was great news for travellers, Perth Airport CEO, Kevin Brown, said: “We know Bali is an extremely popular destination and it’s great to see the return of our first post-pandemic service. West Aussies have a love affair with Bali and I’m sure there  are many travellers champing at the bit to get back there.

“In FY19 more than 400,000 passengers travelled to Bali from Perth and we are certainly looking forward to seeing services increase over the coming months.”
