Private aviation firm, Jet Linx, which is headquartered in Omaha Nebraska, has debuted its newly revamped base at Houston’s Hobby Airport.

Jet Linx Houston encompasses 58,000 square feet of space – a 77% increase from its initial size. The members-only Houston facility features a well-appointed private lounge, conference room and aircraft hangar.

Commenting on the launch, Jamie Walker, president and CEO of Jet Linx said: “We now have a new location with a bigger private terminal, bigger hangar and better location to serve our clients.

“The secret to our success is the resilience of our dedicated local team and we will continue our unwavering commitment to delivering the most personalised private aviation experience.”

The newly re-imagined Houston terminal follows the wet microburst at Hobby Airport earlier this year in April. The storm produced winds of over 80 miles per hour and damaged Jet Linx’s hangar.

Lance Welch, Base President of Jet Linx Houston said: “We took this opportunity to not only rebuild, but also expand our private terminal, to elevate the experience even further for our discerning members.”

The new space is the latest update to the company’s national portfolio of Base locations. Jet Linx recently celebrated the expansion of its private terminal in Washington D.C.
