Hamburg Airport has begun an international tendering process for four of its food and beverage concessions.

Commenting on the tender process, Lutz Deubel, Head of Center Management at Hamburg Airport, said: “We are looking forward to fresh concepts to make the food and beverage range at the airport even more diverse. It is very importantt o us that every passenger is guaranteed to find something to their taste, whether they are looking for a take-away snack before departure or a relaxed, sit-down meal.”

Deubel added that for one of the concessions in the Airport Plaza within the security controlled area, the airport is looking for a well-known operator with a diverse range of products including classic burgers and vegan options. It is also looking for another concession with a healthy Asian food concept and a bistro concept offering take away as well as a la carte table service.
