Farnborough Airport has announced that it has received the “Europe’s number one FBO (Fixed Base Operator)” title in the 2026 Professional Pilot PRASE Survey, with the hub securing the title for the 19th time.

Simon Geere, CEO of Farnborough Airport, said: “Achieving the number one ranking in the Professional Pilot PRASE Survey for 19 years is a remarkable milestone for Farnborough Airport. This recognition, based on direct feedback from our customers, is a testament to the consistency, professionalism and exceptional service delivered by our team every day. We are incredibly proud to continue setting the standard for business aviation in Europe.”

The FBO says it achieved a 9.56 score in the 2026 survey, an annual benchmark based on customer feedback on aviation ground services which is determined by senior aviation professionals such as executives in charge of flight departments, aviation managers, chief pilots and CEOs.

“To be consistently recognised by the industry we serve is hugely meaningful,” Geere noted. “We remain focused on investing in our infrastructure, sustainability initiatives and customer experience to ensure we continue to evolve alongside our clients’ needs. This award reflects the dedication of our entire team, and we thank everyone who took the time to vote.”
