Aviation fuel supplier, Avfuel, is supporting the business aviation community attending this year’s European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) taking place in Geneva and supporting the sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) needs of OEMs, FBOs and flight departments also heading to Switzerland this week.

Avfuel collaborated with three of the industry’s major aircraft OEMs – Dassault Falcon Jet, Embraer and Textron to provide their flight departments with Neste My SAF in North America prior to their trans-Atlantic trip to Geneva. The SAF deliveries spanned from Wichita, Kansas in mid-America down to Little Rock, Arkansas, and Melbourne, Florida in the southeast.

In addition to providing the physical SAF molecules to OEMs, Avfuel also collaborated with Atlantic Aviation in White Plains, New York to offer flight operators headed to EBACE the benefits of SAF through book and claim.

This year also marks the fuel suppliers 50th anniversary of transitioning from regional fuel supplier to the industry’s first comprehensive, global fuel supplier of aviation fuel and services. Avfuel-branded FBO partners representing a network of 24 FBOs and 20 ground-handling locations are joining Avfuel on its booth at this year’s convention. Locations include: Castle & Cooke Aviation which offers services in Califonia and Hawaii; Duncan Aviation; Fargo Jet Centre and Overland Aviation.

“We look forward to sharing our sustainability progress with an international audience and how the breadth of hte Avfuel Network can work for operators,” said Joel Hirst, SVP of Sales at Avfuel. “With more than 3,000 fuelling locations globally, Avfuel can assist operators wherever this journey takes them.”
