The world’s largest private aviation terminal operator, Signature Aviation has inked a deal to purchase Dulles Jet Center with the transaction expected to complete by 31 August, 2024.
The corporate hangar facility is located at Washington Dulles Airport and consists of a 197,000 sq.ft. hangar, office space and passenger lounge.

The new jet centre will complement Signature’s existing facilities at the airport with the existing staff benefitting from being part of a larger organisation.
Dulles Jet Center owners Michael Landow and David Landow explained their goal was to set an entirely new standard for the construction and operation of corporate hangar facilities when developing their facility. “We are impressed with Signature Aviation’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences that we have been providing. With their large network and reputation for customer service, Signature is well-positioned to continue and expand Dulles Jet Center’s operations,” they said.
Once the transaction is complete, the facility at Dulles will join Signature’s network of more than 200 locations in 27 different countries across five continents.
