Cambodia Airports, a subsidiary of VINCI Airports, has signed an agreement with Cambodia Airport Investment Co. Ltd (CAIC) to operate the new Techno International Airport near Phnom Penh, that is set to open in the second half of 2025.

The new airport’s terminal will span over 240,000 square meters, and Cambodia Airports is also looking to develop Cambodia’s connectivity with new routes and airlines.

“We are pursuing our commitment towards operational excellence and the development of the airline industry worldwide,” said Nicolas Notebaert, VINCI’s CEO of Concessions. “The continuation of our operations in Cambodia emphasises the recognition of the expertise of our teams, who play an essential role in the attractiveness of the region.”
