Baltic Ground Services (BGS), the international ground handling and aircraft fuelling provider, has begun supplying into‑plane fuelling services for Airest at Kaunas (KUN) and Riga (RIX) airports. The cooperation covers two stations within the Baltic region, with fuelling delivered directly by BGS at Kaunas and by Gulfstream Oil (GSO) — a BGS Group company — at Riga.

The agreement marks the first collaboration between BGS and Airest, expanding BGS Group’s customer base and strengthening its presence across key Baltic gateways.

Vitalis Dudys, head of commerce at BGS Group, said: “We are pleased to welcome Airest as a new customer and begin our cooperation across two stations in the Baltics. This partnership demonstrates our ability to provide consistent and reliable fuelling services through our network, ensuring the same operational standards for our customers in different locations. We look forward to supporting Airest’s operations in both Kaunas and Riga.”

Airest highlighted the importance of dependable local partners in maintaining daily operational efficiency.

Deniss Zilkins, CEO at Airest, said: “Reliable local partners are essential to ensuring smooth daily operations across our network. We are pleased to cooperate with BGS and Gulfstream Oil, whose teams provide professional and dependable fuelling services in both Kaunas and Riga. Having trusted partners at both stations supports the efficiency and reliability of our operations.”
