Aviator Airport Alliance, the full‑service aviation provider and part of Avia Solutions Group, has signed a new three‑year agreement with Icelandair, marking the start of a fresh partnership between the two companies in Norway.
Under the contract, Aviator will deliver ground handling and de‑icing services for Icelandair at Bergen Airport (BGO) and Tromsø Airport (TOS). In Bergen, the company will support up to seven weekly turnarounds in the summer and two per week in winter, while in Tromsø it will handle two weekly winter turnarounds.
Peter Stackeryd, Aviator’s managing director for Norway, said the company is pleased to expand its airline portfolio in the region: “We are delighted to welcome Icelandair as a new partner in Bergen and Tromsø, and we are eager to start this new partnership with the airline. Aviator provides a full suite of aviation services across 15 airports in the Nordic region, supporting major carriers including Norwegian, Lufthansa Group, Ryanair, Wizz Air, Finnair, Air France‑KLM and Turkish Airlines.
