Amadeus has appointed Carol Borg as its new Chief Financial Officer, who will enter the role from 5 May.
Borg has 30 years of experience in technology organisations, previously Group CFO for QuinetiQ Group PLC where she oversaw finance strategies for the company. She has also held roles as Non-Executive Board Director and Audit Committee Chair for Ricardo PLC, and Chief Financial Officer at Lightsource bp Renewal Energy.

Borg also has 10 years of experience at VESTAS, a renewable energy company, in several financial roles including Head of Strategy, Risk & Governance, Vice President of Consolidation, Planning and Reporting, and Senior Vice President and Regional Finance Officer for Southern Europe, MENA, and Latin America.

Having lived in Spain, the UK, Denmark, and Australia, Borg will be based in Madrid for the role and will also join the Amadeus’ Executive Committee.
