SEA Milan Airports, which includes both Malpensa and Linate, are enhancing the passenger experience with AirportLabs’ Pocket Flights technology.
The next-generation flight information solution transforms how passengers access real-time flight information by seamlessly integrating the accurate data from the airport’s Flight Information Display System (FIDS) with the convenience of their personal smartphones, with no need to download any app or share private information, eliminating data privacy concerns.
Passengers simply have to scan a QR code to gain direct access to a comprehensive flight details page, where they easily search for their flight and opt to receive real-time updates.

Using WhatsApp travellers will benefit from direct assistance with airport services, including food and beverage and retail queries. They will also be able to track flights by sending a chat message and interact with a chatbot that will help users find their desired information quickly and easily.
