Airhub Aviation has announced a strategic maintenance agreement with aircraft lessor AerCap to provide base maintenance and aircraft redelivery services at its Šiauliai International Airport facility in Lithuania.
The facility features extensive long-term parking capacity and can accommodate up to 25 narrowbody aircraft simultaneously. As a NATO base airport, it offers high-security infrastructure and round-the-clock operational flexibility, as well as cost-effective storage and transition solutions, complemented by Šiauliai International Airport’s proximity to key European markets.
The agreement includes the support of narrowbody aircraft transitions, deliveries and re-deliveries across Europe and Middle East.

Base maintenance, EASA modifications implementation including avionic modifications, cabin reconfigurations (LOPA mods), engine swaps, landing gear replacements and implementation of required maintenance for AerCap customers are all part of the contract. A dedicated ad hoc bay will facilitate rapid aircraft inductions, ensuring minimal downtime for lessors and operators.
Airhub Aviation says it will also be leveraging its expertise in component management, supply chain solutions and long-term storage services.
