Helicopter operator, Air Chateau, in collaboration with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) has broken ground on the first commercially owned and operated landside hangar facility in the UAE.

The groundbreaking project, which was attended by Shilton Tony, Dr BK Yusuf, Mohammad Al Falasi, Dr Samir Mohamed, Tahnnon Saif, Tariq Ghalaita, Usama Saleh (pictured right) represents a significant investment in the company’s future. The new facility, which will include a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) station, will be used to house and maintain Air Chateau’s fleet of helicopters and will enable the company to expand its capabilities. It will also allow Air Chateau to provide turnkey services and support solutions for its clients.

According to a report in TradeArabia News Service, Tahnoon Saif, Chief Executive of MBRAH, who attended the groundbreaking ceremony said: “This remarkable development is testament to our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional services that cater to the needs of helicopter owners.
