

A subsidiary of Munich Airport, AeroGround has agreed a seven-year handling agreement with Lufthansa at Munich Airport in Germany.
The scope of services includes apron aircraft and baggage handling, including aircraft loading supervision, freight transport, freshwater/ toilet services and the transport of passengers and crew.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the agreement, Jost Lammers, CEO of Munich Airport said: “This reinforces our long-standing system partnership with Lufthansa and forms the basis for a strong future for the Munich hub.”
Lammers was joined by Lufthansa Hub Manager, Heiko Reitz, who described AeroGround as an important partner in ensuring stable flight operations.
“The punctuality and regularity of our flights contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. Our goal is to provide passengers with a first-class travel experience at all times,” said Reitz.
He also noted that this contract underlines the value of the ground handler’s partnership with Munich Airport.
Meanwhile, David Konradi, Managing Director of AeroGround concluded: “The comprehensive agreement forms the stable backbone of our business activities, creates a reliable foundation for the coming years, and contributes significantly to securing jobs.”
