The two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that will leverage ADB Safegate’s OneControl solution to enhance operational efficiency and safety in air traffic management (ATM).
By consolidating various air traffic control systems into a single, streamlines interface, OneControl reduces the need for multiple displays by enabling controllers to manage all tasks from one workstation and therefore enhancing efficiency and providing enhanced situational awareness.
With a shared goal of harnessing multiple joint synergies among their customers and prospects worldwide, ADB Safegate and Adacel are already cooperating exclusively on a pivotal Integrated digital Tower System (IDTS) programme. Orchestrated by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) to revolutionise air traffic management, the IDTS leverages digital solutions to meet the increasing demands of Singapore’s aviation sector.
Daniel Verrret, Adacel’s CEO, explained the IDTS “offers a tremendous opportunity to showcase how digital tower solutions can transform air traffic management.” He also noted that working with ADB Safegate, Adacel is “committed to delivering unparallelled value to CAAS Singapore and customer’s globally.”
